The UNIBLOCK rotary UPS range is flexible in application – there are a number of options available to suits clients specific requirements.
UNIBLOCK with water cooling
The UNIBLOCK eliminates the need for additional air conditioning or ventilation systems. The water cooled UNIBLOCK is an UPS system, fitted with an unique totally enclosed water to air cooling system. The closed cooling air/water circuit eliminates the need for additional air-conditioning or ventilation systems. The UNIBLOCK can be installed in small rooms or in hazardous environments that contains dust and aerosols.
A. The enclosed air circuit is operated by an internal fan impeller incorporated in the rotor of the electrical machine.
B. The UNIBLOCK with built-in water cooling is connected to the chilled water circuit of the building.
Containerised UPS
The UNIBLOCK system is also available as a high-performance and economical container unit or alternatively the UNIBLOCK UBTD Diesel UPS is ready to work in a variety of locations or where programme prevents protracted site activity. As a variation to the plant room solution, Piller UNIBLOCK is also available as a containerised unit. All components necessary for operation are integrated into the container making the Piller UNIBLOCK a transportable UPS system ready to set to work in a variety of locations or where
programme prevents protracted site activity.
